Chilli panner roll

This is an easy and quick recipe that you can try at home for brunch or a heavy evening meal. You can have it as a casual dinner at home.it basically involves a paratha which is rolled with some spicy and savory stuffing. It's delicious, healthy, and filling food that can entice your taste buds.

Recipe Name: chili paneer  roll

Ingredients:

  1.  2 cups of Maida(all-purpose flour)
  2.  1/2 wheat flour
  3.  1/4 tsp salt
  4.  2 tsp oil

Chili paneer  filling :

1.     1/2 tsp green chili

2.     1/2 tsp garlic cloves

3.     1 medium-size onion

4.      green capsicum

5.   red capsicum

6.     100g paneer

7.     1/4 tsp red chili powder

8.     salt

9.     1/2 tsp soya sauce

10. 1/2 tsp green  chili sauce

11. 1 tsp tomato ketchup

12. 1/2 tsp red chili sauce

13. Mayonnaise

Method:

For making dough:

1. Combine the flour, Maida (All purpose flour) salt, oil, and water.

2. Knead the dough until smooth (like chapati dough). 

3. Cover the dough and leave it for 15 min.

4. After 15 mins knead the dough one more time and divide into equal size (round balls).

5. Dust with flour and roll it as thin roti.

6. Now put it on the tawa.

7. Cook one side completely and cook another side until half has done. Apply oil on both sides.

8. Remove from pan.

For making the filling:

1. Heat oil in a pan .sauté green chilies, garlic, onions, and capsicum.

2. Put the paneer cubes. Give a gentle mix

3. Add some chili powder, soya sauce, green chili sauce, tomato ketchup, red chili sauce 

4. Toss it. If you stir it continuously, the paneer will break into pieces and become crumble

5. When you see the paneer is coated with masala well and oil oozes out, remove from flame

6. Chili paneer filling is ready.




Making chili panner roll:

1. Spread a tsp of mayonnaise and ketchup on the paratha 

2. Put the yummy paneer filling (along with some raw onions)in the middle of the paratha. Arrange the filling lengthwise.

3.I used baby spinach instead of onion(optional)

3. Now wrap it horizontally from one side

4. Then roll and enjoy
