Recipe for Fishvaruval/Fry

Yields: serves 6 persons
Ingredients:
- 1tsp turmeric powder
- 3tsp coriander powder
- 3tsp chili powder
- 2-3 tsp lemon juice
- 2tsp oil
- 2tsp ginger and garlic paste
- Fish pieces 10 (clean and cut)
- salt as per taste
Method :
Step1:
cut and clean the fish with turmeric and saltwater as it helps to remove the odor from the fish.
Step 2:
Mix all the ingredients with little water make a thick paste.
Step3:
Apply this masala on both sides of the fish and allow it to marinate for an hour.
Step4:
Heat oil in a flat bottom pan (if possible use cast iron tawa as it gives a nice texture to the fish), turn on both sides wait until the fish turns dark golden brown in color.
